1ppp Terms and Conditions

The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" — The 1ppp website, mobile version and all associated services.
• "User" — Any person who has registered on or visited the Platform.
• "Account" — A registered user's personal profile and wallet.
• "Bet" — Any financial wager placed through the Platform.
• "Bonus" — Promotional offers, cashback, free spins or any other benefit.
• "BDT" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka, the sole transaction currency of this Platform.
• "KYC" — The identity verification process (Know Your Customer).

2.1 Age Requirement

You must provide your correct date of birth at the time of registration. The Platform may request valid identification to verify age at any time. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all deposits and winnings.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may open only one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be permanently closed and all bonuses cancelled. Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address within a household is prohibited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

At the time of registration you must provide your full name, correct date of birth, a valid mobile number and an active email address. Providing inaccurate or misleading information is a breach of this agreement and may result in account termination.

2.4 KYC Verification

Before processing a withdrawal request or for large transactions, the Platform may request the following documents:

• A clear copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of ownership of your mobile banking account or bank account.
• Address verification documents if required.

If documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe, the withdrawal will be placed on hold.

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.

4.1 Deposits

Funds can be deposited on the 1ppp platform using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each method).
• Funds are added to your account immediately after a deposit is successfully completed.
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used for deposits.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and such transactions will be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Typical withdrawal request processing time: 10 to 45 minutes.
• The same payment account used for the deposit must be used for withdrawals.
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals will not be approved if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

4.3 Transaction Limits

The Platform reserves the right to set daily or weekly deposit and withdrawal limits at any time. These limits may vary depending on the user's VIP level and verification status.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

1ppp offers new members a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. Examples of how the bonus applies:

5.2 VIP Cashback

1ppp has four VIP levels, each with weekly cashback:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

You can gradually move up to higher VIP levels through regular play.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses apply only to validly registered users.
• Each promotion may have its own specific terms, which will be stated on the promotion page.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the account will be closed.
• The Platform reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and any such violation will result in immediate account closure:

• Placing bets using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Coordinating with other users to attempt to influence the outcome of games.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the Platform's systems.
• Registering with a fake identity or false information.
• Conducting transactions using a third-party payment account.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet will only be considered valid when the Platform's server successfully confirms it. Bets that remain incomplete due to network issues will be considered void and the stake will be returned.

7.2 Bet Cancellation

A bet may be cancelled in the following circumstances:

• If the game or event is cancelled.
• If a bet was accepted based on incorrect information due to a technical error.
• If a bet is declared void due to a rule violation.

7.3 Special Sports Betting Rules

For cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports, the specific rules of each sport will apply. Bet outcomes will be determined based on international rules. The Platform reserves the right to cancel bets in cases of suspected match fixing or corruption.

1ppp accepts no liability for the following:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues or faults with the user's device.
• Failures of third-party service providers (such as payment gateways).
• Natural disasters, server downtime or unforeseen technical failures.
• Account information being compromised due to the user's own negligence.

9.1 Closure by the Platform

1ppp may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud or deception.
• Failure to provide KYC information or provision of false information.
• Account investigation under the jurisdiction of judicial authorities or legal directives.

9.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time via 24/7 live chat. All pending withdrawals must be settled before the account is closed.
